Membership, Education Programs & Certification Terms
Please carefully review the following Terms & Conditions before applying for membership, enrolling in an education program, or registering for a certification through Equalifi. By proceeding, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility
Equalifi is a professional platform for individuals working in, aspiring to enter, or seeking to expand their knowledge in the financial services industry. Membership, education programs, and certifications are open to professionals, students, and institutions aligned with Equalifi’s objectives.

Membership, Programs & Certification Categories

Fees and Payment Policy

All membership, certification, and program fees must be paid in full at the time of registration.
All fees are non-refundable, regardless of attendance, completion status, or voluntary cancellation by the participant.
In case of postponement or rescheduling by Equalifi, participants will be provided alternate options or deferred access.

Application & Acceptance
All applications for membership and participation in programs or certifications are subject to review and approval by Equalifi. Equalifi reserves the right to accept or reject applications at its sole discretion.

Duration & Renewal

Memberships are valid for one year from the date of approval and may be renewed upon payment of applicable fees.
Certification and education program access is valid for the duration specified at the time of enrollment.

Participant Responsibilities

As a member or participant of Equalifi, you agree to:

Abide by Equalifi’s values, terms, and community standards.
Use the content, credentials, and resources for personal and professional development only.
Keep your account and contact information accurate and up to date.
Not misuse content or engage in actions that could harm Equalifi’s reputation.
Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical practices.

Cancellation and Termination

Equalifi reserves the right to revoke membership or participation if a member or participant:

Violates these Terms or Equalifi’s mission.
Fails to pay dues or program fees.
Engages in misconduct or actions harmful to Equalifi or its community.

No refunds will be issued in the event of termination.

Modifications to Terms
Equalifi may update these Terms at any time. Participants and members are encouraged to review them periodically to remain informed of their rights and obligations.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Indian laws through mediation, arbitration, or legal proceedings in India.
