SEBI Circular - Regulatory Reporting by AIFs

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) in consultation with Equalifi, Equalifi Corporate Member Organizations and other Key Industry Participants has come up with a revised Quarterly Reporting Format for AIFs.

This was done in order to enable the AIF industry to have uniform compliance standards, ease compliance reporting and for regulatory and developmental purposes.

The quarterly report shall be submitted by AIFs online on the SEBI Intermediary Portal (SI Portal) as per the revised format. The report shall be submitted within 15 calendar days from the end of each quarter.
