Equalifi (erstwhile AIWMI) is a global membership network of financial services organizations, leaders, professionals and aspirants. Equalifi has been set up as a unique continuing education & professional development platform meant to offer its members opportunities to earn professional designations; to participate in multidisciplinary knowledge initiatives, enable networking at conferences; and offer one single platform for interaction, cross-pollination of ideas and collaboration.

Aditya is the Founder & CEO of Equalifi – a global membership organization for financial services organisations and professionals. A recognized pioneer in the private wealth, alternative investments and family office education space, Aditya provides strategic direction to Equalifi and leads its overall development.

Aditya is also the Founder of Priwexus – the Family Office Membership Community.

Aditya has 20 years of experience in the Financial Services sector in varied disciplines like Wealth Advisory, Financial Education, Consulting, Strategic Planning & Brand Building.

Aditya has done his Masters in Human Resources, Masters in Economics and is a Certified Financial Planner. A prolific writer, he has been regularly contributing to the various business, financial and education publications.

Aditya is a member of the editorial board of International Family Offices Journal (UK) and has co-authored 2 books on Credit Research and 1 book on Global Family Offices. In the recent past, Aditya served as a Member of SEBI’s Alternative Investment Policy Advisory Committee (AIPAC) and also as a Member of the Investment Council of Niti Aayog’s Women Entrepreneurship Platform (WEP).
