Students registering under the intermediate or advanced mode will appear for the National Financial Services Employability Test (FSET) on June 15 on any one of their respective chosen verticals i.e. Banking, Wealth Management, Investment Banking, etc.
This Test is designed to assess the employability of the candidates within their chosen area and candidates are expected to prepare for this test both from the resources provided during this program as well as from outside.
The minimum passing requirement in FSET will be 50%. The negative marking for every wrong question will be -20%.
The students will be issued the Financial Services Employability Test certificate only after the successful completion of the first 3 segments and the exam.

In order to complete this programme, you’ll need a current email account and access to a computer and the internet, as well as a PDF Reader. You may need to view Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, and read and create documents in Microsoft Word or Excel.
The recorded lectures will be available on our portal for you to watch as per your convenience. We expect all Future Leaders to dedicate approximately 7 hours weekly to the program throughout its duration.

The sessions will encompass various topics like resume building hacks, interview tips, LinkedIn profile building tips etc. to ensure that you are ready for the workplace tomorrow.
An employability test is a comprehensive assessment tool used to evaluate an individual's readiness for the job market. The test will be conducted for the industry and functional area of your choice and you will be given a certificate of completion.
Following the completion of your training period, you will be matched with a Leadership Mentor for a six-week period. You can discuss with your mentor when and how you meet. At the end of the six-week period, you can appear for an employability test to check whether a particular sector is suitable for you.
The quality of the mentoring experience is higher when we support all participants to prepare for mentoring, making sure that expectations are clear, and shared by both sides of the partnership.
Mentees are invited to fill a form during enrollment to express their preference of sectors and areas of interest and we use this to source the right mentor for you.

Whether you're navigating the challenges of a new role, considering your next career step, or acquiring new skills, a mentor can help you strategize and plan effectively. Additionally, connecting with peers from all around India allows you to exchange knowledge, share ideas, and collaborate on projects.
The capstone project is a crucial aspect of the program allowing you to apply your acquired knowledge to real-world challenges.
