The Future Alternative Investment Leaders Program (FLP) serves as a catalyst for training young professionals in various specializations within the alternative investment management ecosystem. This structured mentorship program will offer high-potential candidates an opportunity to get mentored by some of the most prominent alternative investment industry leaders.
The Alternative Investment industry has been witnessing humongous growth over the last 10 years and needs a skilled and groomed talent pool to continue its dream run. FLP will enhance cross-sectoral opportunities in alternative investments for young professionals. This program offers an unparalleled opportunity to work with the industry leaders, build a professional network and gain a deeper understanding of the alternative investment industry.
Eligibility Criteria
Young professionals working in finance/ financial services and under the age of 30 can apply for FLP. Students in the final year of post-graduate programs can also apply.

An Assessment will be conducted for the students before they enter into the 3rd segment of the Future Alternative Investment Leaders Program. This Test will be based on the understanding of the 20 training sessions conducted on the basis of Alternative Investments. Based on the evaluation, the students can give 4 subjects in order of their preference, in which they wish to be mentored by industry specialists.

The students will be issued a certificate only after the completion of all 3 rounds of this assessment after which they can make a choice of the mentorship. The certificate will be issued if the students have had a deeper understanding of all the training sessions and have a performance of 50% or more in the evaluation.
