Aditya Gadge, Founder & CEO, AIWMI

Aditya is the Founder & CEO of Equalifi – a global certification body for advanced financial education programs. A recognized pioneer in the private wealth, alternative investments and family office education space, Aditya provides strategic direction to Equalifi and leads the development of educational programs for the professionals and clients of the wealth management sector.
Aditya is also the Founder & Principal Advisor of the Indian Association of Alternative Investment Funds (IAAIF) and the Founder of Priwexus – The Indian Private Wealth Network.
Aditya has 16 years of experience in the Financial Services sector in varied disciplines like Wealth Advisory, Financial Education, Consulting, Strategic Planning & Brand Building.
Aditya has done his Masters in Human Resources, Masters in Economics and is a Certified Financial Planner. A prolific writer, Aditya has been regularly contributing to the various business, financial and education publications. Aditya is also a member of the editorial board of International Family Offices Journal (UK). Aditya has recently co-authored 2 books on Credit Research and 1 book on Global Family Offices.
Aditya has jointly designed some of the most prestigious global certification programs in Credit Research, Alternative Investments, Investment Research, Private Banking. Family Offices Consulting & Multi-Asset Investment Strategy.
Aditya currently serves as a Member of SEBI’s Alternative Investment Policy Advisory Committee (AIPAC) and also as a Member of the Investment Council of Niti Ayog’s Women Entrepreneurship Platform (WEP).
