AIWMI-Fisdom Program
Equalifi (erstwhile AIWMI) organized this massive skilling+recrutiment campaign for Fisdom between March 2021-June 2021.
A total of 8000+ candidates were screened across 200+ cities. 350 of these candidates were selected for an intensive 15-day training on wealth management. During this training, candidates learnt about various financial products, wealth management concepts, about Fisdom's business model and processes as well as key interpersonal skills. The program incorporates the latest knowledge on financial products & wealth management and was structured in a way that the candidates were made to extensively engage in case studies, persona-based problem solving, and assignments to get ready for a wealth management career with Fisdom .
