An Assessment will be conducted for the students before they enter into the 3rd segment of the Future Alternative Investment Leaders Program. This Test will be based on the understanding of the 20 training sessions conducted on the basis of Alternative Investments. Based on the evaluation, the students can give 4 subjects in order of their preference, in which they wish to be mentored by industry specialists.

The students will be issued a certificate only after the completion of all 3 rounds of this assessment after which they can make a choice of the mentorship. The certificate will be issued if the students have had a deeper understanding of all the training sessions and have a performance of 50% or more in the evaluation.

Following the completion of your training period, you will be matched with a Leadership Mentor for a six-week period. You can discuss with your mentor when and how you meet. At the end of the six-week period, you can appear for an employability test to check whether a particular sector is suitable for you.
The quality of the mentoring experience is higher when we support all participants to prepare for mentoring, making sure that expectations are clear, and shared by both sides of the partnership.
Mentees are invited to fill a form to express their preference of sectors and we use this to source the right mentor for you.
Mentoring can offer you valuable learning opportunities at the initial stage of your career. So, whether the salient issues for you are resolving snags during your transition to a new responsibility, seeking your next career move, picking up a new skill set, a mentor can help you to think and plan.
