Nomination Process:
Each company CEO/ CHRO is encouraged to nominate one of their intrapreneurs who has exhibited the following qualities:
- Transformative Impact: Leading initiatives that have significantly reshaped processes or strategies within the organization.
- Team Empowerment: Inspiring and enabling teams to take ownership, be innovative, and contribute to the organization’s success.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Inspiring and leading teams to achieve organizational goals while fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Scalability Focus: Developing solutions or initiatives with the potential to scale and create long-term value for the organization.
- Agility and Adaptability: Quickly adjusting to changing market conditions, industry trends, or internal shifts to maintain momentum.
Selection Process:
- Nomination Review: Each company (CEO or CHRO) nominates one intrapreneur, and the panel reviews submissions based on achievements and impact.
- Evaluation: An expert panel evaluates the nominees based on their ability to drive change, foster collaboration, and implement impactful solutions within their company.
- Selection: The final list of awardees will be determined by the panel, who will select the individuals whose work stands out in each category.
Nominations Deadline:
March 15, 2025
Once nominated, nominees will receive a questionnaire, which would be due to our events team via email by March 20, 2025.
